"Elegant Brown Leather" 2cm Quartzite

Below is an image of a new arrival to the Cactus Stone Gallery – "Elegant Brown Leather" 2cm quartzite. This material is quarried and processed in Brazil. We received 19 slabs at an average size of 116” x 72”.

There is also an interesting image of the quarry of this material. As you may know, quartzite is sandstone that has undergone metamorphism. When looking at this quarry shot, imagine the striations being different layers of sand. After millions of years of varied heat and pressure, it metamorphosed into the quartzite we see today.

"Poseidon" 2cm Granite

Below are images of a new arrival to the Cactus Stone Gallery – "Poseidon" 2cm granite. We received 26 slabs with an average size of 106” x 72”.

Poseidon is quarried in southern Madagascar and slabs are processed in Italy. This material is known for its areas of iridescent ‘pearls’ (also known as Spectralite) that are often used as gemstones. Another interesting feature of this material are its translucent properties, making it one of the few granites that you can backlight (see images below).

"Frozen" Granite

Below are images of a new arrival to the Cactus Stone Gallery – "Frozen" 3cm Granite. This exotic material is quarried and processed in Brazil. We have received 43 slabs, with an average size of 120” x 70”.

This block is truly one of a kind. This look and balance are extremely rare for this stone, and it is unlikely we will see one like it again.

"Azul de Mar" Quartzite

Cactus Stone has another new arrival to the Gallery: "Azul de Mar" 2cm Quartzite.  This is an extremely rare material from Brazil.  This stone is one of the first quartzite’s that we brought in. However, it’s availability in recent years has been very limited.  Today ‘blocks’ of this material consist of small boulders, and you’d be lucky to get a handful of slabs.  We’re fortunate enough to have received 11 slabs, with an average size of 102”x55”.  

Please share with your customers.  This is not a stone you will see every day, and it’s what sets Cactus Stone apart from everyone else.

"Wild Turkey" Granite

We received 4 bundles with an impressive average size of 116” x 82”.  This unique natural stone would be perfect as a beautiful statement in your home!

"Tempest" 2cm Polished Quartzite
